Membership

The setup fee covers the scoping call and the build. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, fixes, your monthly report and 2 change requests a month. Any outside service your automation needs, such as a paid app or text messages, is agreed on the scoping call.

What can you automate?

Will my customers know when AI is involved?

Yes. We’re honest about AI. Anything your automation sends to customers is written in your voice, approved by you before it goes live, and never pretends to be a person.

What if something changes or breaks?

We monitor your automation and fix it when something it relies on changes, like an app update or a new price list. That’s what the monthly membership pays for.

Do I need to change the tools I use?

Usually not. We build around your email, calendar, forms and accounts software. If a tool can’t connect, we’ll tell you on the scoping call and suggest the simplest fix.

What’s the difference between the two services?

Get Found brings in customers: your website, Google Business Profile, reviews, SEO and GEO. Run on Autopilot takes admin off your plate: we build one AI automation around how you work, then run it for you. They’re separate memberships, so pick the one your business needs.

How do I ask for changes?

Raise a support ticket from the members’ area and track it until it’s done. Get Found includes 1 change a month, Run on Autopilot includes 2.
