Get Found brings in customers: your website, Google Business Profile, reviews, SEO and GEO. Run on Autopilot takes admin off your plate: we build one AI automation around how you work, then run it for you. They’re separate memberships, so pick the one your business needs.
Do I need to be good with tech?
No. We build it, run it and fix it. You get the results and a simple monthly report.
What can you automate?
Most repetitive admin that follows a pattern: turning enquiries into quotes, chasing invoices, booking confirmations and reminders, sorting your inbox, or moving job details between apps. We agree the job to automate on the scoping call, and if we can’t make it reliable, we’ll tell you.
Will my customers know when AI is involved?
Yes. We’re honest about AI. Anything your automation sends to customers is written in your voice, approved by you before it goes live, and never pretends to be a person.
How do I ask for changes?
Raise a support ticket from the members’ area and track it until it’s done. Get Found includes 1 change a month, Run on Autopilot includes 2.
Who owns my website, domain and Google Business Profile?
You do. Your domain and Google Business Profile are in your name, and we’re added as managers.
What about email?
We set up professional email on your domain. Mailboxes are billed by Google or Microsoft directly, so you stay in control.
